Metris realizes 50% sales growth and nearly doubles net profit in 2007

HIGHLIGHTS

•   Sales in 2007 increased 50% over 2006 to €93 million

•   30% organic sales growth, 20% through acquisitions

  • 51% gross profit margin in 2007 versus 54% in 2006

  • 2007 EBITDA increased 30% over 2006 and came in at €16 million

  • 2007 EBIT increased 33% over 2006 to €7,5 million

  • 2007 net profit increased 93% to €7,0 million from €3,6 million in 2006

  • 2007 earnings per weighted average undiluted share was €0,57
