| The systems operates on all road conditions (durability cobblestone roads, pot holes, etc) in all weather conditions. The measurement data is streamed continuously through analog or digital TCP/IP connection into your standard data acquisition system or laptop. |

|
The EngineTracker is based on the same technology but specifically designed to measure the motion of the engine while driving. Up to 4 WheelTrackers and 1 EngineTracker can be connected to 1 compact lightweight controller unit.
Key features
- Synchronized measurement of 4 wheels and engine
- External synchronization (Master & Slave mode)
- High accuracy (0.08mm)
- Data output: digital (TCP/ IP) or analog
- Igel/ Kistler wheel force transducer compatible
- 12VDC power supply with internal battery backup
- Optional engine measurement set-up
|

|
Key benefits
- Non-contact optical measurements
- Compact set-up
- Short set-up time (less then 1 hour per wheel)
- Low added mass to the wheels
- Full spectrum for dynamic measurements
- Plug & play via optional analog outputs
- All weather: waterproof/ dust resistant (IP65), winter package available
- Low power consumption
Applications
- Dynamic Kinematics and Compliance (K&C) evaluation in conjunction with wheel force transducers
- Measuring change in toe & camber angle (e.g. during slalom)
- Lap recording for road simulators on test and race tracks
- Wheel packaging test
- Full speed performance tests
- Emergency stop and ABS testing
- Vehicle dynamics test (bump steer, roll steer, dive)
- Ride and handling test
