Key features

  • Integrated with 3rd Party software such as Spatial Analyzer (SA)
  • Transmitters expandable from 2 m to 300m volume size
  • Indoor/Outdoor GPS application
  • Fixed and portable receivers (vector bar)
  • Unlimited number of client setups

Key benefits

  • Move freely about your entire work volume
iGPS gives you the freedom to take measurements anywhere and everywhere within large work volumes. With its configurable footprint, iGPS can be designed specifically to fit the size and form of your workspace. iGPS can accommodate work volumes from 2m to over 300m in size
  • Add additional users, not additional costs
Take advantage of the unique multi-user capabilities of iGPS. Once the iGPS infrastructure is installed, an unlimited number of iGPS-enabled measurement tools and sensors can operate within the work space. Adding users is simple and extremely cost effective. Like traditional satellite based GPS, the cost per user of iGPS is simply unbeatable!
  • Reduce fixed tooling costs
Add iGPS sensors to parts, sub-assemblies and flexible tooling systems and automate your joining, aligning and general assembly processes… enabling greater manufacturing flexibility, productivity and lower fixed tooling cost expenditures
  • Never leap-frog again
Once iGPS infrastructure is installed, users can easily collect data around the measurement target with 360º of measurement freedom
  • Monitor your assembly process 24/7
Take advantage of the multi-sensor capabilities of iGPS to monitor your jigs, parts, sub-assemblies and infrastructure continuously and automatically. Your iGPS system is on call 24 hours a day monitoring any number of sensors in your facility. With an iGPS system you can now be alerted of tolerance problems as they occur, instead of waiting for errors to be discovered

Applications

  • Large scale application suited for aerospace, shipbuilding, train
  • Large scale assembly and alignment
  • Large scale metrology
  • Part inspection and reverse engineering
  • Tracking and robotic control
