In application of the transparency rules laid down in the Law of 2 March 1989 concerning the disclosure of large shareholdings in companies listed on the stock exchange and regulating public take-over bids as ammended (Chapter I of the Law of 2 March 1989), the notification thresholds specified in the Articles of Association are set at 3%, 5% and multiples of 5%.
