iGPS technology can be integrated with 3rd party instruments and devices to dramatically enhance their existing capabilities, applications include:
- Laser projection systems
Laser projectors are used to project image outlines onto the surface of objects for such purposes as the accurate location of targets for critical components or positioning of aircraft operator logos etc. iGPS sensors can be located on to both the projector and the target object (e.g. aircraft), as both objects relative positional information is known the projection can to be automatically updated to correlate precisely with the movement of the projector itself.

- Large scale riveting machines
Riveting machines used within large object manufacture can be iGPS enabled. Sensors located on the machine are tracked and fed back into the process control loop to increase the precision of riveting and therefore the precision of the overall build.
The possibility for integrating iGPS positioning and tracking capabilities to 3rd party devices has the potential to fulfil many un-realized opportunities for product and process improvement for large object development and manufacture.
