Internal Commercial Manager Northern Europe with Marketing feeling 
 
 
Job  description:

Currently, we are looking for an Internal Commercial Manager with Marketing feeling to enforce our sales team for Northern Europe. He/she will be based in Metris Leuven and will report to our Internal Commercial Management Director for Continental Europe.

Tasks:
The Candidate will:

  • be both a commercial and administrative support for our Northern sales team:
    • Prepare quotations for Metris measuring equipment
    • Verify incoming Purchase Orders
    • Calculate costs
    • Follow up of deliveries and service activities
    • Liaising with our Metris order fulfilment team and service department
    • Apply for export licenses with our logistics department
    • Customer database management 
    • Create reports regarding enquiry and quotation activity
  • assist in marketing activities:
    • Liaising with the marketing manager for Continental Europe
    • Preparation/planning of exhibitions, seminars, open houses
    • Attending European marketing events
    • Preparing and submitting editorial and advertising for exhibition catalogues
Requirements:
·                                 Higher education (Master/Bachelor)
·                                 Have excellent IT skills
·                                 Must have strong administrative background (5 years)
·                                 Languages: Dutch, French, English
·                                 Flexible and driven - spontaneous and open communicator
·                                 Able to work independently, strong personality.

A Plus:
Good technical knowledge - ability to understand metrology
